Translation

Also, the man who hears this, full of faith and free from malice, shall attain to the happy worlds of those of righteous deeds, and be liberated.

Philosophical Significance

Core Meaning

This verse says that anyone who hears sacred teaching with true faith and without envy or malice will gain good results. "Happy worlds" refers to blessed states or higher conditions reached by those who do righteous deeds.

More deeply, pure listening (faithful and free from jealousy) prepares the heart for real change. It is not just about knowledge, but about an attitude that lets wisdom take root.

Such a person moves toward both outer rewards and inner freedom. Sincere faith plus a clean mind make liberation (freedom from bondage) possible.

Life Application

  • When you learn or receive advice, listen openly and without comparing or resenting others.
  • Replace envy by appreciating others’ good and using their example to improve yourself.
  • Keep faith alive with small steady practices: honest action, regular study, prayer, or service.

Reflection Question

Do I listen to wise guidance with trust, or do I let jealousy and doubt block it?
